Update #1 on 412 Peterboro Build Out

I’m in the process of building out 412 Peterboro St. for Craig’s Coffee; a Detroit based coffee roastery and coffee bar, a Commissary Coffee Roastery and Kitchen, and a pop-up cafe and kitchen. What’s a Commissary Coffee Roastery you ask? It’s exactly like a Commissary Kitchen where folks of any experience can come and rent the roastery (and kitchen) to learn, grow, and establish their coffee and/or food-based business.
