This cold brew is best enjoyed over ice or diluted with water. But you can also enjoy it straight up!
Recipe: It’s brewed using a 1:8 coffee to water ratio using our Cold Brew Blend (available to purchase as beans soon, stay tuned!) We use filtered water and steep our cold brew in ait tight fermenting buckets to prevent oxygen from entering or escaping, but allowing C02 to escape so the coffee can continue to degas when steeping. This ultimately provides the best type of extraction of caffeine and flavors for smooth, potent tasting cold brew.
Once steeping has completed, the cold brew is drained into 5 gallon kegs where it is very lightly pressurized using N02. This preserves the flavor and adds a bit of smooth texture. This is by no means Nitro Cold Brew, we just use a teeny bit of nitrogen to make the cold brew taste even better.

Bottle Deposit: There is a $5 bottle deposit for growlers. If you return the growler to our Roastery, we’ll take $5 off your next cold brew purchase. Please rinse out your half gallon growler once depleted of bean juice. Due to health and safety standards according to the health dept, we cannot accept growlers that are dirty or moldy.
