Pheasant City Blend is a balanced, medium roast combining coffees from Brazil, Ethiopia, and India. It brings together notes of dark chocolate, amber maple syrup, and dates, with a smooth, sweet finish that works well across brew methods.

Originally developed in collaboration with Florian East Brewery, this blend was a staple before taking a brief pause as we revisited both the profile and the name. Pheasant City marks its return—reworked and slightly refined to improve balance, sweetness, and overall drinkability.
